We understand that very rarely, goods can be damaged, have a manufacturing fault or sometimes you change your mind after purchase.
We have a clear and transparent returns policy.
If your item arrives and is damaged then you must notify us within 7 days of the order date. You will be responsible for postage back to us and the goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the order date. We will check the product for the fault or and we will determine whether the product has been used. If the product is genuinely damaged without signs of usage we will issue you a credit note to the value of your purchase so you can re-order from us without additional charge or you can have a full refund. If the item has signs of use or breakage from the customer we hold the right to refuse to issue a credit note and charge you for re-delivery.
We can swap any item for the same value if you return it with the full details and provide a stamped addressed envelope within 30 days of the order date. If the new product is more in value, then you will need to pay the additional cost.
